Applications for Year 7 for September 2025 are now open. To apply for a place please follow this link Walsall Secondary Admissions to fill out the local authority preference form. The deadline for the completion of this form is 31 October 2024. The national offer date for secondary school admissions is 1st March 2025.
We welcome parents and carers who are considering sending their children to Brownhills Ormiston Academy to visit us where you will have the opportunity to meet our dedicated staff and students. We look forward to meeting you and showing you around our friendly, happy and aspiring academy.
We are delighted to welcome you to our Year seven open evening and open mornings listed below:
• Open Evening – Tuesday 24 September 2024, 6.00pm to 8.30pm
• Open Mornings – Friday 27 September, Wednesday 2 October and Thursday 10 October. Tours start promptly at 9.15am.
Mid-Year Admissions and Appeals
All Mid-Year admission applications must be submitted directly to the academy. The Mid-Year admission form below needs to be completed and returned to Mrs Dowen at the academy via: [email protected]
Mid-Year appeals are made outside the normal round of admissions. If you have completed a Mid-Year admission form and have been added to our waiting list, and wish to appeal your place on the waiting list, you should complete a Mid-Year appeal form (below) and return this to Mrs Dowen. Your appeal will be heard within 30 days of being lodged.
