PSHE

Today, (Thursday 9th November 2023) we held two parent workshops to discuss the teaching of PSHE at Brownhills Ormiston Academy. The presentation included information on what RSE (relationships and sex education) is, what the teaching includes and why we teach it. We explained how the teaching is informed by input from parents and local data on health, crime and PSHE needs within our community. If you were unable to attend the workshop please take a look at the power point and if you have any queries please email Dr Caldwell (head of PSHE) who will be happy to contact you to discuss them. We will hold an evening workshop later in the academic year.
